In order to maintain and ensure HIPAA compliancy SimplyScribe anonymizes and encrypts all patient data. If you chose to provide any relevant personal information you may opt out and ask for erasure of your medical information.

The Transcription and Scribing has demonstrated a high level of concordance and insight in its explanations. Our AI transcription service uses dual audio-filteration to remove unnecessary noise out of background and summarizes notes by listening to the medically pertaining information in conversation.
